（1）After the completion of the project, we will conduct training on the use and maintenance of equipment at our company. The training content is formulated by the technical department of the company;

（2）The company shall appoint a person to take charge of the training plan and implement it. The executor shall make full preparation for the training in advance, including uniformly distributed training materials, projectors, etc.;

（3）For the problems raised by the user in the training, the person in charge of training shall give a detailed explanation;

（4）Our company provides free training for customers.

During and after the warranty period, the supplier shall give the following instructions on the handling of problems;

1．Promise during the Free Warranty Period：

1) Warranty commitment: the warranty period of the products shall be one year from the date of acceptance and delivery;

2) Maintenance commitment: Ensure customer service telephone, fax, E-mail and other means to response and solve problems at any time. Upon receipt of the notice or fax from the user, the company will provide a written explanation and specify the time to resolve the problem;

3) Letter visit commitment;

① The first Letter Visit after acceptance

② Second within 6 months after acceptance

③ Third within 1 year after acceptance

④ Make a letter visit once a year after acceptance

4) Complete documentation commitment: Equipment manual, Operation manual;

5) Technical consulting commitment: Provide technical consulting and communication through communication tools.

2．The Maintenance Cost during the Free Warranty period is as follows:

① An unconditional warranty for Quality Problems；

② During the warranty period, if circumstances are caused by careless use,

only the cost of replacement parts will be charged:

Artificial damage or self-assembly, falling from a height;

If the voltage exceeds the operating range, the motor will be burnt out;

The operator does not use according to the regulations or the instruction.

3．Commitment after Expiration of Free Warranty:

① After the warranty expires, only the cost of replacement parts will be charged for product maintenance;

② The provisioning of spares parts for 10 years;

③ Regular and routine inspection after the expiration of the warranty shall be carried out in accordance with the warranty period;

④ The maintenance requirements after the expiration of the warranty shall be subject to the warranty period.

(4) Free training for technical personnel, explanation of the company's products and key points of use, and detailed equipment description for preparation.
