      SUCLAB fully automatic lifting door fume hood is an electric lifting door without counterweight, including a servo motor, coupling, roller, fabric belt, glass lifting connection sheet metal, glass slide groove, and glass window. The servo motor is connected to the roller through a coupling. A cloth tape is wound around the roller, and the cloth tape is connected to the glass window through a glass pull and sheet metal. The glass window is clamped in the glass slide groove. The utility model adopts the method of connecting a roller with a cloth belt, converting the rotational motion of a servo motor into the up and down linear motion of a glass window. The structure is simple and clear, the control is simple, and it is not easy to have problems. It replaces human labor with electricity, reduces the burden on human labor, and eliminates the counterweight. There is no need to consider a fixed counterweight during transportation. By using fabric straps to connect the roller and the glass window, the impact of force during movement is reduced, and there will be no sudden change in force, making it safer and more reliable.

 


 

 


 

 

The present invention aims to provide a height control system device for the fully automatic lifting dropping door fume hood , in order to solve the problem proposed in the background technology that when the fume hood is working, the transparent automatic door needs to be completely lowered to the extent of sealing the window, so this will more or less cause external water stains and dust to adhere to the outer wall of the sealed transparent automatic door. To keep the fume hood in the best condition for the next use, it is necessary to specially wipe and clean the transparent automatic door to maintain its cleanliness during use. This requires dedicated cleaning personnel to regularly clean the transparent automatic door.

To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: A device for an automatic door height control system of a fume hood, including a storage cabinet body and a fume hood body, the fume hood body is installed at the upper end of the storage cabinet body, the upper end of the fume hood body is provided with a chassis, a ventilation pipe is provided at the center of the upper end of the chassis, a window is provided inside the front end of the lower half of the fume hood body, and a control switch is provided on the outer wall of the front end at the lowest side of the fume hood body. Vertical lifting sliding grooves are provided on the inner walls at both ends of the  fully automatic lifting dropping door fume hood body behind the window. Between the two lifting sliding grooves, there is a transparent automatic door, which is set at the rear of the window. The transparent automatic door includes transparent tempered glass and an aluminum alloy frame, and the transparent tempered glass is embedded inside the aluminum alloy frame. The left and right ends of the said aluminum alloy frame are respectively connected to the interior of two lifting slide grooves. The upper side of the window is horizontally internally connected with an auxiliary cleaning device. The auxiliary cleaning device includes an adjusting fixed head, an installation cross plate, an adjusting screw, an adjusting screw hole, a connecting strip plate, a cleaning cotton, a compression spring and an anti-slip pad. The installation cross plate is horizontally arranged inside the upper side of the window. Both ends of the said installation crossplate are internally provided with outward-opening adjusting screw holes. The circum-circumference of each of the two adjusting screw holes is internally provided with outward-penetrating adjusting screws. The outermost ends of each of the two adjusting screws are provided with adjusting fixed heads. Anti-slip pads are provided on the outer walls of each of the two adjusting fixed heads. Both of the two said adjusting and fixing heads are respectively connected to the inner walls at the left and right ends of the top side of the window through anti-slip pads. A connecting strip plate is provided on the parallel rear side of the installation cross plate. The installation cross plate is fixedly connected to the connecting strip plate through a compression spring. A cleaning cotton is connected to the outer wall at the other end of the connecting strip plate. The cleaning cotton and the connecting strip plate are fixedly connected through an adhesive.

Preferably, the aluminum alloy frame connected to the right end of the transparent tempered glass is vertically internally provided with lifting screw holes. The lower end of the lifting slide groove on the inner wall of the right end of the fume hood body is provided with a bottom fixed hole with an upward opening. The cabinet of is internally provided with a lifting motor near the right front corner, and the lifting motor is connected with a vertical lifting screw. The lowest end of the lifting screw runs through the inner wall of the bottom of the chassis and the lifting screw hole in sequence and is embedded in the inner circle of the bottom fixed hole. The lifting motor is electrically connected to an external power supply.

Preferably, a ventilation opening is also provided inside the center of the bottom of the chassis, and a fan is provided inside the chassis above the ventilation opening. The ventilation pipe is set directly above the fan, and the ventilation pipe is connected to the interior of the fume hood through the ventilation opening.

Preferably, after the transparent tempered glass is embedded into the interior of the aluminum alloy frame, it needs to be fixed and encapsulated with glass glue. The front and rear outer walls of the transparent tempered glass and the aluminum alloy frame are respectively kept flush.

Preferably, the outer walls of the four sides of the aluminum alloy frame are all smooth outer walls. After the left and right ends of the aluminum alloy frame are respectively connected to the inner walls of the lifting sliding grooves near the front side of the fume hood body, the outer walls of the front ends of the left and right sides of the aluminum alloy frame are respectively attached to the inner walls of the front and rear ends of the two lifting sliding grooves.

Preferably, the lateral length of the installation crossplate is less than that of the window. The installation crossplate is respectively flush with the outer walls around the connecting strip plate and the cleaning cotton. After the auxiliary cleaning device is installed laterally into the inner part of the top side of the window, the outer wall at the front end of the installation crossplate is flush with the outer wall at the front end of the fume hood body.

Preferably, there are a total of eight evenly spaced compression springs connected between the installation crossplate and the connecting strip plate. The shapes, sizes and elastic coefficients of the eight compression springs are all the same. After the auxiliary cleaning device is laterally installed inside the uppermost side of the window, all eight compression springs are in a compressed state. The eight compression springs all tightly press and adhere the cleaning cotton connected to the connecting strip plate to the outer wall at the front end of the transparent tempered glass through elastic force.

Preferably, the storage cabinet body, the fume hood body and the chassis are all fixedly connected by welding, and the outer walls around the storage cabinet body, the fume hood body and the chassis are all kept flush.

To keep the fume hood in the best condition for the next use, it is necessary to specially wipe and clean the transparent automatic door to maintain its cleanliness during use. This requires dedicated cleaning personnel to regularly clean the transparent automatic door.

To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: A device for an automatic door height control system of a fume hood, including a storage cabinet body and a fume hood body, the fume hood body is installed at the upper end of the storage cabinet body, the upper end of the fume hood body is provided with a chassis, a ventilation pipe is provided at the center of the upper end of the chassis, a window is provided inside the front end of the lower half of the fume hood body, and a control switch is provided on the outer wall of the front end at the lowest side of the fume hood body. Vertical lifting sliding grooves are provided on the inner walls at both ends of the  fully automatic lifting dropping door fume hood body behind the window. Between the two lifting sliding grooves, there is a transparent automatic door, which is set at the rear of the window. The transparent automatic door includes transparent tempered glass and an aluminum alloy frame, and the transparent tempered glass is embedded inside the aluminum alloy frame. The left and right ends of the said aluminum alloy frame are respectively connected to the interior of two lifting slide grooves. The upper side of the window is horizontally internally connected with an auxiliary cleaning device. The auxiliary cleaning device includes an adjusting fixed head, an installation cross plate, an adjusting screw, an adjusting screw hole, a connecting strip plate, a cleaning cotton, a compression spring and an anti-slip pad. The installation cross plate is horizontally arranged inside the upper side of the window. Both ends of the said installation crossplate are internally provided with outward-opening adjusting screw holes. The circum-circumference of each of the two adjusting screw holes is internally provided with outward-penetrating adjusting screws. The outermost ends of each of the two adjusting screws are provided with adjusting fixed heads. Anti-slip pads are provided on the outer walls of each of the two adjusting fixed heads. Both of the two said adjusting and fixing heads are respectively connected to the inner walls at the left and right ends of the top side of the window through anti-slip pads. A connecting strip plate is provided on the parallel rear side of the installation cross plate. The installation cross plate is fixedly connected to the connecting strip plate through a compression spring. A cleaning cotton is connected to the outer wall at the other end of the connecting strip plate. The cleaning cotton and the connecting strip plate are fixedly connected through an adhesive.

Preferably, the aluminum alloy frame connected to the right end of the transparent tempered glass is vertically internally provided with lifting screw holes. The lower end of the lifting slide groove on the inner wall of the right end of the fume hood body is provided with a bottom fixed hole with an upward opening. The cabinet of is internally provided with a lifting motor near the right front corner, and the lifting motor is connected with a vertical lifting screw. The lowest end of the lifting screw runs through the inner wall of the bottom of the chassis and the lifting screw hole in sequence and is embedded in the inner circle of the bottom fixed hole. The lifting motor is electrically connected to an external power supply.

Preferably, a ventilation opening is also provided inside the center of the bottom of the chassis, and a fan is provided inside the chassis above the ventilation opening. The ventilation pipe is set directly above the fan, and the ventilation pipe is connected to the interior of the fume hood through the ventilation opening.

Preferably, after the transparent tempered glass is embedded into the interior of the aluminum alloy frame, it needs to be fixed and encapsulated with glass glue. The front and rear outer walls of the transparent tempered glass and the aluminum alloy frame are respectively kept flush.

Preferably, the outer walls of the four sides of the aluminum alloy frame are all smooth outer walls. After the left and right ends of the aluminum alloy frame are respectively connected to the inner walls of the lifting sliding grooves near the front side of the fume hood body, the outer walls of the front ends of the left and right sides of the aluminum alloy frame are respectively attached to the inner walls of the front and rear ends of the two lifting sliding grooves.

Preferably, the lateral length of the installation crossplate is less than that of the window. The installation crossplate is respectively flush with the outer walls around the connecting strip plate and the cleaning cotton. After the auxiliary cleaning device is installed laterally into the inner part of the top side of the window, the outer wall at the front end of the installation crossplate is flush with the outer wall at the front end of the fume hood body.

Preferably, there are a total of eight evenly spaced compression springs connected between the installation crossplate and the connecting strip plate. After the auxiliary cleaning device is laterally installed inside the uppermost side of the window, all eight compression springs are in a compressed state. Preferably, the storage cabinet body, the fume hood body and the chassis are all fixedly connected by welding, and the outer walls around the storage cabinet body, the fume hood body and the chassis are all kept flush.
